A clear planning path should be usable by everyone.

Clear structure and navigation

Pages use semantic headings, landmark regions, descriptive links, and a keyboard-accessible primary navigation.

Readable and adaptable content

Layouts are designed to reflow across mobile and desktop screens, preserve zoom, and maintain strong text contrast.

Accessible interaction and media

Interactive controls support visible focus, video dialogs support keyboard use, and motion respects reduced-motion preferences.

Our accessibility standard

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as the working standard for design, development, and ongoing review. Automated checks are paired with keyboard, responsive, and browser testing because no single test can identify every barrier.

Third-party services

Some functions, including the embedded Calendly scheduler and YouTube video player, are provided by third parties. JPOPE maintains direct links as a fallback when an embedded experience is blocked or difficult to use.

Ongoing improvement

Accessibility is reviewed as the site evolves. If a page, form, resource, or media experience creates a barrier, please identify the page and the task you were trying to complete so the issue can be investigated directly.
